Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP, FERS, and CSRS benefits
- Process daily payroll transactions for 500+ beneficiaries
- Ensure compliance with OPM and IRS regulations
- Conduct benefit audits and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare annual pension statements and legislative reports
- Train employees on retirement planning tools
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years pension administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP)
- Proficiency in BENEFITS and HRIS systems
- Expert knowledge of TSP and FERS regulations
- Active security clearance preferred
