- Evaluate policy implementation effectiveness through data-driven assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal policy development experience
- Expertise in border security or immigration policy frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and policy modeling software
- Superior written communication skills with policy drafting experience
- Active U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
