Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal policy analysis or government affairs experience
- Expertise in healthcare policy and veterans' services systems
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R) and policy modeling tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex concepts
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes and grant management
