Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DoD-wide compliance programs across 15+ federal agencies
- Conduct risk assessments for high-security facilities in Southern California
- Coordinate with DHS and DOJ on cross-jurisdictional compliance audits
- Train federal staff on regulatory changes (FAR, DFARS, NISPOM)
- Generate executive compliance reports for Congressional oversight committees
- Lead crisis response teams for compliance violations
- Automate compliance tracking systems using AI-driven analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal compliance experience with security clearance (active Secret clearance required)
- Expert knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Project management certification (PMP/GS-12 equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in GSA MAX and FedTrack systems
- Experience with federal grant compliance (2 CFR 200)
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 90 days
