Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate federal policy proposals related to border security and emergency response
- Analyze complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making for homeland security initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Deep understanding of federal regulatory frameworks and legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact policy recommendations
- Experience with homeland security or emergency management systems preferred
