Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive policy frameworks for complex urban issues
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced statistical methods
- Present findings to executive leadership and public stakeholders
- Manage interagency task forces and coordinate with federal partners
- Design policy recommendations with measurable outcomes
- Oversee budget allocations and grant compliance processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
- Expertise in federal/local government operations and procedures
- Valid DC government security clearance eligibility
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
