Responsibilities
- Analyze complex security threats and draft strategic policy recommendations
- Coordinate with federal agencies on interdepartmental initiatives

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on homeland security trends
- Represent the agency at high-level intergovernmental forums
- Maintain compliance with federal regulatory frameworks (FAR, DFARS)

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, or related field
- 5+ years federal government policy experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Expertise in quantitative policy analysis (SPSS/R required)
- Proven congressional testimony preparation experience
- Knowledge of homeland security infrastructure
- Superior written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations
