Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex policy proposals for state agencies
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement with government officials and community partners
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and executive reports
- Monitor emerging trends in public administration and social policy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R)
- Demonstrated experience with policy impact assessment methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of North Carolina state government operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
