Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex policy proposals for state initiatives
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using advanced statistical methods
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and executive summaries for legislative review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders including elected officials and community leaders
- Monitor legislative changes and assess potential impacts on state programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Wisconsin state government operations
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
