Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate complex policy issues across multiple state agencies
- Develop comprehensive legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks

- Present policy recommendations to legislative committees and executive leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government

- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative language and regulations
- Knowledge of New York State governmental processes and structure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for complex audiences
