Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the Bay Area District Office, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and review complex correspondence, memoranda, and official reports for executive leadership.
- Manage the intake and processing of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and inter-agency communications.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal procurement policies, budget execution, and agency regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level stakeholder meetings and conferences, including venue selection and catering.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in accordance with federal retention schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal staff regarding administrative inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government administrative roles.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex federal regulations and policies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
