Responsibilities
- Analyze complex veteran service programs and recommend data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement federal policies and initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership on program performance
- Manage grant allocation and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Develop performance metrics and track program effectiveness
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement including veteran advocacy groups
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal government or public sector experience
- Expertise in program evaluation and performance metrics
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of VA regulations and veteran services landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
