Responsibilities
- Analyze federal programs to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize performance metrics
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and manage project timelines using federal methodologies
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain program documentation, budgets, and performance measures
- Represent the department in interagency meetings and public forums
- Support emergency response coordination and crisis management protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal/state/local government or program management
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for complex audiences
- Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-critical environment
