Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal programs to identify efficiency improvements and compliance gaps
- Develop comprehensive reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Manage program budgets and track expenditure against performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to OMB, GAO, and DHS regulations and policies
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for program vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program analysis or policy experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of federal budgeting and procurement processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and interagency coordination
