Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate healthcare program performance metrics for compliance with VA regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements for veteran service delivery
- Analyze budget allocations and financial reports for program efficiency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Manage grant funding cycles and ensure proper documentation
- Conduct site visits to verify operational standards at VA facilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program experience
- GS-11 level status or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., FPDS-NG)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Secret security clearance eligibility
- Knowledge of VA healthcare regulations and policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
