Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate federal healthcare programs to ensure compliance with VA regulations and policies
- Develop comprehensive program reports and data-driven recommendations for leadership
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor budget allocations and financial performance for assigned programs
- Conduct research on emerging healthcare trends and best practices
- Prepare grant proposals and funding requests for program expansion
- Serve as liaison between federal agencies and community partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of VA healthcare regulations and federal procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with grant management and budget oversight
- U.S. citizenship required
