Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and VA policies.
- Analyze complex program data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications to streamline workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct research and policy analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate, secure records and manage sensitive government documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff regarding new federal policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support or program analysis within a large-scale organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with federal hiring processes and OPM guidelines is highly preferred.
