As a Program Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating program performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex program data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Conduct research on federal policies, regulations, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and process workflows.
- Assist in the budget preparation and financial forecasting for assigned programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program analysis, policy analysis, or federal project management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (depending on the specific agency requirements).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
