Responsibilities
- Manage incoming federal inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of federal grant applications and compliance reports.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of federal case files in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct basic research on labor laws and federal policies to support staff initiatives.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for federal program managers and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the public.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a government or federal environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and federal case management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
