Responsibilities
- Design and implement veteran healthcare programs aligned with federal regulations and VA standards
- Manage budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal oversight and reporting
- Coordinate interagency collaborations with local, state, and federal partners
- Lead cross-functional teams of healthcare professionals, analysts, and support staff
- Develop performance metrics and conduct program evaluations for continuous improvement
- Represent the VA at community events and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement and grant management protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expertise in VA regulations, federal grant management, and healthcare policy
- Proven track record of managing complex budgets and interagency projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
