- Monitor program budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Develop implementation strategies for new healthcare regulations
- Conduct site visits and performance evaluations for grantees
Qualifications
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Proficient in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Experience with CMS or HHS program reporting requirements
- Proven stakeholder management with local government entities
