Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program strategies aligned with VA mission objectives
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies for service integration
- Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Prepare congressional briefings and performance reports
- Ensure adherence to OMB and GAO regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- VA/Federal contracting knowledge
- PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated budget management ($1M+)
- Experience with federal grant programs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
