Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-million dollar federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams including healthcare providers, data analysts, and community stakeholders
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to measure outcomes against federal benchmarks
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports to HHS leadership and congressional committees
- Manage program budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies to align healthcare access initiatives
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure program integrity and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of federal program management experience with healthcare focus
- Expert knowledge of OMB Circulars, A-133 audits, and federal procurement rules
- Proven track record of managing grants over $1M with flawless compliance
- Advanced proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, eRA Commons)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
