Responsibilities

- Monitor program metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Train subordinate staff on federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional analytical and report writing skills
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
