Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize veteran benefit programs aligned with federal regulations
- Analyze program performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program compliance
- Conduct stakeholder outreach and training sessions for veteran communities
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional and executive leadership
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in VA regulations (38 CFR) and federal procurement laws
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel)
- Strong project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement strategies
