Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives aligned with VA strategic objectives
- Analyze complex regulations and ensure compliance with federal mandates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight and performance metrics
- Manage grant allocations and budget oversight for assigned programs
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with veterans, community partners, and government agencies
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management or equivalent government experience
- Proficiency with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with federal grant management and reporting systems
- Knowledge of veterans' affairs programs preferred
