Responsibilities
- Manage federal healthcare programs serving veterans in Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve veteran healthcare access
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports for federal agencies
- Coordinate with local VA facilities, community partners, and state government entities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (VA, OMB, and CMS guidelines)
- Lead cross-functional teams for program implementation and evaluation
- Represent the VA at community outreach events and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., eRA Commons)
- Knowledge of veteran healthcare policies and VA healthcare system
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US citizenship required
