Responsibilities

- Coordinate interagency collaborations with state/local health departments
- Develop training materials for healthcare providers on federal regulations
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure program adherence to federal standards
- Respond to congressional inquiries and stakeholder communications
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve service delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management or compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations (e.g., CFR 45)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) and grant management software
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with federal reporting experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with federal budget management and procurement processes
