Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal healthcare program strategies for the Philadelphia metropolitan area
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight

- Manage grant applications and ensure proper allocation of federal resources
- Conduct site evaluations of healthcare facilities receiving federal funding
- Prepare official correspondence and presentations for senior leadership
- Monitor program performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal program management or healthcare policy
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., Grants.gov)
- Demonstrated knowledge of CMS and FDA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a politically sensitive environment
- U.S. citizenship and Selective Service registration (if applicable)
