Responsibilities

- Manage budgets exceeding $2M annually with strict fiscal accountability
- Train stakeholders on federal policy requirements and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Expert knowledge of DHS and FEMA regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
