Responsibilities
- Design and administer federal veteran benefit programs in alignment with VA regulations
- Analyze program performance data and prepare compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate with local government agencies and non-profits to enhance service delivery
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives across the Pacific Northwest region
- Develop training materials for staff on federal policy updates and procedural changes
- Manage grant applications and funding allocations for veteran support services
- Conduct site visits to ensure program adherence to federal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of VA regulations and federal procurement procedures
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and grant management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder collaboration across government entities
- Familiarity with veteran service organizations and community resources
