Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare access strategies for Houston's diverse communities
- Analyze federal grant applications and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and nonprofit partners
- Prepare detailed program reports for congressional stakeholders
- Manage cross-agency initiatives with FEMA and CMS
- Conduct site visits to evaluate program effectiveness
- Lead community outreach initiatives in Harris County
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in healthcare policy and CMS regulations
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
