Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal energy program strategies aligned with DOE objectives
- Manage complex budgets exceeding $5M across multi-year projects
- Coordinate with federal agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (CFR, FAR, DFARS)
- Conduct program evaluations and performance reporting
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate cross-functional teams
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret eligibility required)
- Expertise in federal acquisition regulations and grant management
- Proficient in Gantt chart tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Demonstrated experience with DOE/NNSA processes
- Strong analytical writing and briefing preparation skills
