Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain official city records, including meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and contracts, ensuring compliance with state and federal retention laws.
  • Direct the operations of the City Clerk’s Office, including managing correspondence, filing systems, and the reception area.
  • Prepare, distribute, and archive meeting agendas and packets for the City Council and various boards and commissions.

Qualifications
