Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with agency goals
- Analyze program performance data and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders across government agencies and community partners
- Ensure adherence to OMB, GAO, and VA regulations
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation
- Train staff on federal policies and procedures
- Represent the agency in intergovernmental meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Knowledge of OMB Circular A-122 and federal procurement rules
- Proficient in federal grant management systems (e.g., FPDS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Active security clearance eligibility
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
