Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize veteran benefit programs ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze program performance data and implement strategic improvements
- Coordinate with interagency stakeholders to streamline service delivery
- Develop training materials and conduct outreach to veteran communities
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional and agency leadership
- Oversee budget allocation and resource utilization for assigned programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Experience with VA benefits systems preferred
