Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to implement federal compliance measures
- Monitor budget allocations and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Maintain strict adherence to federal procurement protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years federal government experience
- GS-12 level pay scale eligibility (or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Excel)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience with grant management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
