Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory frameworks to develop actionable policy recommendations
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on labor market trends and economic impacts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft policy briefs and implementation strategies
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership using data visualization
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess implications for Pennsylvania's workforce programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
