Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran benefit programs aligned with federal guidelines
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders across VA facilities to optimize service delivery
- Manage grant applications and funding allocations for veteran initiatives
- Conduct outreach to veteran communities in North Texas
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and VA policies
- Maintain accurate records using VA systems and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBA, VISTA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal procurement and grant management processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
