Responsibilities
- Oversee federal healthcare program implementation and compliance monitoring
- Analyze program performance data and prepare executive-level reports
- Coordinate with VA medical centers and community partners

- Manage grant applications and funding allocations

- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (VA, OMB, GAO)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in VA healthcare systems and regulations
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Knowledge of federal grant management (2 CFR 200)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Proficiency in VA-specific software (VISTA, CPRS)
