Responsibilities
- Administer federal grant programs and compliance monitoring for veteran services
- Coordinate interagency partnerships with state/local government entities
- Analyze program performance data and prepare congressional reports
- Develop implementation plans for federal policy rollouts
- Manage stakeholder communications across 15+ veteran service organizations
- Conduct site evaluations and quality assurance reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams for emergency response initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal/state government program experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel 20%
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Experience with VA/FEMA/DoD program regulations
- Project management certification (PMP or CPMP preferred)
- Advanced MS Office Suite expertise
