Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with DHS mission objectives
- Analyze operational data to optimize program performance metrics
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies for seamless intergovernmental collaboration
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional and executive leadership review
- Manage program budgets exceeding $2M with strict fiscal compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams during emergency response activations
- Ensure adherence to all federal regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with DHS or federal emergency management protocols preferred
