- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional inquiries
- Train staff on veteran-centered service protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- 3+ years federal program administration experience
- Expertise in VA benefits systems (e.g., VBA, VHA)
- Proficient in federal grant management and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
