Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal compliance strategies for veteran healthcare programs
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory adjustments for VA initiatives
- Coordinate interagency partnerships to enhance service delivery efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams on veterans' benefit optimization projects
- Prepare congressional reports and testimony on program performance metrics
- Conduct risk assessments for federally funded veteran support programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management or compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Expertise in VA regulations (38 CFR) and federal grant management
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in federal reporting systems
- Proven stakeholder management across government agencies
- Knowledge of veterans' healthcare systems and benefits programs
- US citizenship required
