Responsibilities
- Manage DoD infrastructure projects from conception to completion within federal guidelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition regulations
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years federal project management experience with GS-11+ level
- Active Secret security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret
- PMP certification or DAWR certification required
