Responsibilities
- Lead and manage federal government projects from initiation through closure, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and government officials to ensure project alignment and communication.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and change control strategies.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior leadership and federal clients, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, conduct project reviews, and mentor junior project management staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing federal or government contracts (DoD experience highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-level executives and government personnel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check.
