Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital federal records with 100% accuracy.
- Process and distribute incoming mail and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and privacy regulations.
- Assist in archiving documents and securely shredding sensitive data.
- Collaborate with team leads to update workflow logs and status reports.
- Operate standard office equipment and database management software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or records management role.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
