Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned facilities to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of the premises.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate visitor logs for federal personnel.
- Respond immediately and professionally to emergency situations, alarms, and security incidents.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and activity logs following all federal guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and government officials.
- Enforce company and federal security policies strictly and fairly.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new security personnel.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a federal background investigation (Secret/Top Secret preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Valid driverβs license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties as required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable.
