Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility interior and exterior to ensure security and safety compliance.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials of all visitors and employees entering the premises.
- Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarm panels, and access control terminals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log daily activities accurately in the security management system.
- Enforce all government policies, regulations, and emergency procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders during critical incidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with security software.
