Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patrols of the facility and grounds to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor and operate advanced CCTV surveillance systems and access control points.
- Enforce strict security protocols and screening procedures for all personnel and visitors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation after every shift.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and interact courteously with federal employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid State of Nevada Driver’s License.
- Clean criminal background check and ability to pass a federal-level security clearance.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; physical fitness required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a strong plus.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
